Pine Ridge
Apartments is divided into two sections adjacent to Aspen
Village. It utilizes the same design as its sister
complex, Providence Court. These 1- and 2-bedroom
apartments are located in the Aspen Village valley as well
as atop one of the highest ridges in Pullman, thereby
giving the complex its name.
The views from up top are fabulous, stretching out over
the WSU campus and toward Moscow Mountain. The apartments
have all the same amenities as Aspen Village, including
full, modern kitchen appliances, wireless internet access,
balconies/patios, tub/shower units, and storage space.
These apartments were completed in summer 2003. We have
friendly and knowledgeable on-site office and resident
management (Tracie and Pat) and large on-site laundry
facilities. Pine Ridge is also home to the DABCO
Maintenance Office. |
