Overview
Pimlico is the newest completed project in the student housing portfolio, and with 360 units, it is also the largest complex in the portfolio. These 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units feature full-sized appliances, stacked washer and dryer, wall to wall carpeting, and a private deck or patio with an extra storage closet. Pimlico is within walking distance to the WSU campus, and has Express Bus Service from a number of bus stops.
