About us

Corporate Pointe Developers has been in the Pullman-Moscow community for over 20 years. It began when K. Duane Brelsford returned to Pullman after 15 years of building large scale commercial buildings and hotels in southern California and western Washington.

Construction in 1992 on a project now known as Providence Court apartments ignited significant growth in the Pullman housing market. Since that time, Pullman has seen even more dramatic growth. Currently operating LLC’s in Washington and Idaho, Corporate Pointe Developers has continued to grow at a rapid pace to meet the needs of the Pullman community and beyond.
